Chief Operating Officer

Leading LBM midwest independent is looking for a chief operating officer to oversee daily operations of it's building materials enterprise catering to high end custom residential builders, high end remodelers and commercial general contractors. Candidate must have a proven track record with at least 10 years of leadership in the industry. This individual should have the capacity to move into the CEO position within a couple of years as well upon the retirement of the current CEO.
